The Jacksonville Inn will cater your special event - from the intimate dinner for a small group in the privacy of your own home, to a large event at a site of your choosing. In addition, the Inn has four venues on its premises that accommodate varying sizes of parties.

The Latourette Room:
Room Rental: Weekdays: $50, Friday or Saturday: $100
Dining Capacity: 6 to 24 guests
Fully Furnished

The Williamson Room:
Room Rental: Weekdays: $100, Friday or Saturday: $250
Dining Capacity: 28 to 90 guests
Reception Capacity: 28 to 120 guests
Fully Furnished

Cottage Grounds: (Summer Only)
Grounds Rental: $300
(Client must rent at least two of the four cottages,
Cottage 12 being one of the two)
Capacity: Up to 100 guests

United States Hotel Ballroom:
Room Rental: $700 Dining Capacity: 200 guests
Reception Capacity: 200 guests
Located next to the Inn, its hardwood-floored ballroom is perfect for dancing, dining.

All of the above-mentioned sites are fully furnished
except for the Cottage Grounds.

A connoisseur's cellar of over 2,000 wines is available to enhance your enjoyment of your meal. Many distinguished guests have dined at The Jacksonville Inn including two of the last three United States Presidents.

The Inn offers you friendly, well-trained professional staff that will cater to your every need. Our chefs are all highly trained and aware that food presentation and quality are of the utmost importance. An extensive equipment inventory for our catering department includes glassware; china dishes; silverware; table linens; and special serving dishes - all of which ensures that your event gets our five-star touch. Also on our equipment list is a refrigerated trailer and holding ovens. These items allow us to consistently serve hot, fresh meals to the customers of all off-site catering events.

Our extensive wine and beer list offer you a wide variety of choices to suit any budget. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also available in the form of wine, beer, juices, and soft drinks.

The Jacksonville Inn frequently caters small private parties of 20 people up to large corporate events of 1000. We always take pleasure in participating in weddings of all sizes providing an elegant, enjoyable atmosphere where the bride and groom can relax with the knowledge that everything is being competently handled. Your wedding can be catered on our Honeymoon Cottage Grounds, in our indoor venues, or off-site anywhere in Oregon.

The Inn offers you friendly, well-trained professional staff that will cater to your every need. We can consistently serve hot, fresh meals to the customers of all off-site catering events.

Food and Beverage

We offer a wide variety of options for your food service. We use only the finest ingredients and can prepare upon request; organic, vegan, kosher, and ethnic meals.

Options include: A Heavy Hors d'oeuvres Buffet, a Regular Entrée Buffet, or a Full-Service Dinner. If you are planning a full-service dinner for a group of 20 or more, we suggest you limit your choice to one type of entrée. If you would like to offer your guests a choice of more than one selection for a full-service meal, please add $2 for each additional entrée selection per person. For a smooth-running event, we strongly suggest you limit your choices to no more than three different entrees. All food, beverage, and equipment charges carry a catering service charge of 18 percent. Advance counts on all entr ées must be received five days prior to the event.

Labor

Staffing your event is highly encouraged. Our well trained service staff is available to you any time of the year. Two Staff Per 100 Guests.
