The unique and very lovely Jacksonville Inn Dinner House offers superb
dining with a distinctive cuisine. The five-course Table d'Hote features
fresh seafood (Salmon, Tuna, Halibut, Crab), Stuffed Hazelnut Chicken, Northern
Velvet Venison, Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus, Rack of Lamb, as well as a variety
of "Healthy for your Heart Selections." Fresh herbs and spices, many of
which are organically grown in The Gardens on the premises, are used in a
discriminative gourmet mode by master chefs to create the distinctive cuisine.
To complement each entree', the diner can select one of over 2,000 wines
from the very extensive wine cellar or the Wine and Gift Shop, also on the
premises. The finale of each dining experience is a choice from the exquisitely
prepared Dessert Tray, an array of sumptuous and delectable desserts from
the on-premise bakery.
Guests can also enjoy a relaxing dinner on The Patio, a beautiful garden setting that is perfect for dining on the wonderfully warm summer evenings in Southern Oregon. During the summer months, Picnic Basket dinners are popular for those who attend the Peter Britt Music and Dance Festival and for those who want to take advantage of nearby attractions.
